Fantastic. Its rare that I get surprised by hotel but Old Town customer service, status and design of the rooms really knocked my socks off. The staff was so kind and attentive, I ’ve never seen anything like it at this style of hotel. Hats off to the whole team.

The only thing that was challenging was getting to the hotel since the Uber couldn't take us straight to it and we had to walk down a big hill and weren't entirely sure where we were going. Otherwise everything else at this hotel was wonderful! The breakfast was amazing the room was great, everything was really beautiful. It was a great stay! I loved it - it really embraced the colonial feel!
