El Burro Tours and Activities

I have stay there before -- they are very helpful - but the room is not to clean - I had executive room- bedroom carpeting floor - they did not vacuum at all days I was there ! I ask the cleaner gentleman to vacuum, allergy to dust!! never clean!!

This is my second time staying at this hotel because of the impeccable staff—who are kind, sincere, and helpful. But some other helpful qualities about this place (especially if you’re coming from the jungles or mountains) are their hot showers with strong water pressure, comfortable beds and pillows, strong WiFi, great breakfasts, and proximity to other restaurants and locations. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Thank you for another wonderful stay!
