Unfortunately, our experience at the rooftop bar was a little disappointing. The lady working there wasn’t very helpful or attentive, which took away from an otherwise pleasant stay."Reviewed November 6, 2026Roundtrip • Toronto (YTO) - Madrid (MAD)YYZ - MAD • 1 stop MAD - YYZ • 1 stopCA $1,887CA $1,424found 3 hours agoper traveller - Palacio Tirso de Molina - THE ARC COLLECTION

The restaurant is amazing - we ate there 2x in 2 days. Breakfast is the best we had in 2.5 weeks of travel. Worth every penny. The staff is so very nice and helpful. The bed is comfortable. We loved being there and will come back, if we come to Madrid again."Reviewed November 4, 2026Roundtrip • Toronto (YYZ) - Madrid (MAD)YYZ - MAD • 2 stops MAD - YYZ • 1 stopCA $2,705CA $2,096found 1 day agoper traveller - Nômade Temple Madrid

The staff were very helpful and the bar area was very nice for snacks and drinks. It would have been good to have more comfortable seating for smaller groups of people. Disappointed that the roof area was not in use during our stay at the end of October, even though the rooftop pool was closed for the season."Reviewed November 6, 2026Roundtrip • Toronto (YTO) - Madrid (MAD)YYZ - MAD • 1 stop MAD - YYZ • 1 stopCA $1,798CA $1,425found 3 hours agoper traveller
