The communication was great and the staff was very helpful. Check-in was easy. However, as soon as we entered the room, the floor smelled like urine. It was clearly soiled. If they remove the carpet and put in different linoleum or tile flooring, it would be much better. The trash from outside also made our bathroom stink. Please note the pictures in this post advertise a cleaner and more polished decor than what we arrived to. There were extra pillows, which we would have used except there were no extra pillow cases. It felt gross to stay here between the smell and how it was not cleaned so well. It really needs a deep clean. Also, it advertised that there was a stove, but it was only a hot plate. And it was missing basic cooking utensils like a spatula. To be fair, we did not bother to contact the place or get a different place because we were so exhausted from traveling, but we would not stay at this place again. Location was a 3 minute walk from a grocery store, so that's great!

LIE, CHEAT, STEAL

Horrible. Do not stay. We arrived to a filthy room and a bed smaller than advertised. Upon complaint we were told we were lying. We requested relocation and was denied even though there was clear evidence we did not recieve what was advertised and we paid for.

There’s no on site staff but check in is a breeze. Perfect for flexible and low cost accommodations that are clean, have ample space and are bigger than a hotel and has a kitchenette even.

Need to get rid of the carpet we had two different rooms and carpet was stained in both. The rooms were clean and beds were good. If you are elderly there are lots of steps and narrow with suit cases. Parking was great right next to building and staff did a great job making sure we had the information for checking in, but would be nice to have a sign on the gate so you know your at the right place. Only a few blocks from the beach and a block from market. We would stay with them again
