- The room key stopped working before the check-out time. I needed to call the support number a couple of times to get them to help me reopen the room to get my stuff from it. Once I got them on the phone, they were helpful.

Incredible location, awesome space, great price but...I could have read between the lines better...this is not a hotel. Its a room in an apartment building that could use some maintenance. The bathroom needs an upgrade and some safety features so one feels safe using the tub. Lack of A/C could be a problem in certain weather, like the 20 degree F above normal temps we experienced.
