"We stayed for a few days to attend a wedding in Lassi and we had an enjoyable stay in a nice location. Lovely staff- breakfast was nice and the pool snacks were even better! The only things that stops me giving 5 stars is that the curtains in our room were very thin and we had a bright light shining in all night- blackout curtains would be good for the rooms. "All very very good but... No towels when we arrived, we were looking forward to use the facilities but swimming pool area was packed , some people had 2 or 3 towels per head and we waited and waited but nothing. they were meant to be complimentary. disappointing. Also no room service after some point. we run out of water ( only 2 small 500ml bottles in the room) on a very hot day it was simply not enough. We asked room service for some more, they said no. And instead I had to go all the way back to the restaurant, quite far from our room. Apart from this, a truly incredible experience. Hence the 5 stars regardless."
