I had a wonderful stay at the Red Roof Inn! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and eager to help with anything I needed. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, which made for a great start to my visit. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi worked well, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay was provided. I also appreciated how quiet the property was, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The location was convenient, with restaurants, shopping, and major roads nearby, making it easy to get around. For the price, the value was outstanding. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay at the Red Roof Inn again. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and comfortable place with excellent customer service, I highly recommend it!

The doors open directly to the outside which just is not my preference. The outside and lobby are outdated and has lots of chipped paint, and there were multiple chunks missing from the floor laminate in the room. The desk chair and arm chair were sticky and covered with crusty stains, and the coffee pot was useless. However, the beds, bathroom, and sink area were very clean. There was hot coffee in the lobby at 7 am which was great. The area was quiet and we felt safe. It was fine for a quick 1 night stay, but next time I’ll pay a little more to stay at a nicer place.

I needed a clean budget priced hotel that accepts pets (Kane, my dog) and that is exactly what I got when I arrived. I only interacted with the staff (when I arrived and departed) and both times were friendly, courteous and professional. What i did t expect but was pleased to see is the cleaning people came i while I was out and straightened up the room. My experience has been budget properties only do this after I've left. Parking was good, plenty of spaces, no one was yelling or screaming outside so I got a good nights rest both nights I stayed. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were good too. The TV left a little to be desired, the refrigerator was big enough for both my food and my dog's. All-in-all, I was pleased with my accommodations and since I make this trip every other month I will be returning to this property in the future. Any other questions, don't hesitate to call me.
