The Space:

Everything is on one level - no stairs to navigate, making this rancher a good fit for families with young children or guests with mobility preferences.



The living area flows into a full kitchen and dining space. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, while two additional bedrooms share the second full bath in the hallway. With 6 beds total, you have flexibility for different group sizes.



In-unit laundry is included. The private backyard has enough space for grilling, yard games, or just relaxing outdoors. The community is quiet but close to restaurants, shops, and the Londontowne waterfront.

Two cars maximum are allowed on the property and should all remain in the driveway.
