Had an accident going the stairs due to uneven height between steps Staff was very helpful and eager to please Noted they would take a look

There is so much to love about this boutique hotel! - The grounds: the porch and gardens were lovely and well kept. The hydrangeas, hostas and other flowers are beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch and in the lovely gardens where there was ample seating. - The common areas: the reception area and dining area were comfortable. We spent time there catching up with friends who joined us on the trip and meeting other guests. - Food and Beverages: the included continental breakfast was more than sufficient and included hard boiled eggs, yogurt, croissants, muffins or seasonal breads, fruit, coffee, and tea. Coffee, tea, and sparkling and still water are available all day, and at around 4:00 each day separately packaged warm chocolate chip cookies were put out and they were scrumptious! -The Staff: they were wonderful. Shannon and Toni were lovely, helpful, polite and friendly. I don’t think the hotel management could have picked better staff. The housekeeping staff was friendly and did a great job also. - The rooms: we loved our room. It was clean, spacious, and our particular suite had lots of windows plus skylights. Our friends’ room was well appointed and spacious also. The air conditioning worked very well too! - The location: on Main Street and easy walking distance to downtown Edgartown shops and restaurants. Quick ride to Oak Bluffs and the airport. Uber, Lyft, and private drivers were readily available. - Overall we loved this property and would stay here again!
