A Cosy Swedish Summer Cottage in Dals-Ed

Welcome to our fully equipped holiday cottage in beautiful Dals-Ed. A cosy and sunny place to enjoy the Swedish countryside, with meadows, forest and lakes nearby. The house is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the centre of Dals-Ed, making it easy to combine nature, swimming spots and outdoor activities with shops and everyday comforts.

The cottage has a warm and open layout, perfect for slow mornings, family meals and relaxed evenings after a day outdoors. Step out onto the sunny terrace, furnished for summer breakfasts, afternoon coffee or dinner outside. There is also a small covered area, so you can enjoy sitting outdoors even on rainy days.

The house is set on a small shared courtyard with two other houses, surrounded by greenery. Everyone has their own space and privacy. The courtyard gets sun from early morning until late evening, making it a bright and welcoming spot throughout the day.

There is plenty to discover nearby, in both summer and winter. Pick blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms in the forest, go fishing, canoeing or join a moose safari. Dalslands Moose Ranch is only 3 minutes away by car. You can also walk or cycle into the centre along a charming path, passing homes, Grönebacke Camping and continuing along the lakeside promenade.

In the centre of Dals-Ed, about 1.5 km from the house, you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants and Café.

The cottage has two bedrooms: one main bedroom and one smaller bedroom. Both bedrooms have blinds. The smaller bedroom has a daybed with a pull-out double bed, consisting of two 90 cm mattresses.

Spend your days relaxing on the terrace, exploring the surrounding nature or baking a homemade rhubarb cake with rhubarb from the garden. For rainy days, there are books and games to enjoy indoors. The house also has a washing machine, shower and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

A short walk along the gravel road takes you to Bråtan’s little farm shop, where you can buy homegrown produce depending on the season.
