About this space
We have outfitted our home with all the amenities and comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible!Our property provides privacy and you will enjoy listening to the sounds of nature while sitting around the campfire with a cup of coffee.
The space
Gorgeous one level home,3 bedrooms 2 baths located 2 miles from patoka lake main entrance and winery,with only 3 miles to the nearest General store and 12 miles from the historical town of West Baden Springs and indoor water park in French Lick.

Great Long Weekend

This was perfect for our fishing weekend at Patoka Lake! The house was extremely clean inside and out. There was plenty of room to park our fishing boat and truck. Property location is extremely convenient with close proximity to the lake and other local attractions. The host was also very communicative and accommodating. I will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Comfy

Just spent another girl’s weekend. This was our 2nd year here. We love the quiet relaxing property. Enjoyed the recliners, fire pit & nearby winery. We will be back!

Fantastic for a family break

We loved this property. There was plenty of room for the different age groups to relax and not bother one another. It was incredibly convenient. We do a weekend at the lake every year. If this property is available next year we will be back!

A great place to stay!

We chose this property because it was close to the lake and we could park our boat in the lean-to. It was an even more convenient and comfortable home than we could've expected! The house was spotless and the shower was very convenient for my elderly Dad. We will definitely be back! Thanks!

Wonderful stay

Great location, hard to find an affordable listing with this many bedrooms with the right sized beds (kings, queens). Spacious and comfortable, the weather was perfect! Beautiful area, we hope to come back soon!

Great comfy place!

Very clean & comfortable home. We enjoyed the recliners in the living room, the fire pit & the quiet. Visited the winery less than 3 miles away & loved the wine slushies. Would like to visit again next fall for our girl’s weekend.

So comfy 😊

This is the 3rd year we have came to the Patoka Lake area for what our family calls our “Water Vacation” This is the most comfortable place I have ever stayed in. Very roomy with great furniture. It was absolutely perfect. A recliner for myself was vital but this home had 5 reclining seats. What a Blessing 🙌 Everyone enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores. And the pool table was fun when we had a little pool tournament. We hope to be able to come back again next year.

Nice place to hang out

Nice house comfortably furnished. Relaxing places to gather with inside comfy sofas, outside by fire pit, or in between with the garage. We made use of the stove, oven, and propane grill. Everything worked just as you could hope. The location is isolated enough that we never heard a neighbor or a passing car. 15 min drive to restaurants, shops, and casino. Hosts were responsive and helpful with all my messages and questions.
