The rooms have been updated and are very nice. I was pleasantly surprised.
The rest of the hotel is good and it is located within walking distance to most of Moab.
I would recommend taking a good look at this hotel for a stay.

They don’t do daily housekeeping and to me that’s a deal breaker. When I brought it up it took them hours to reply that they only clean the room if you stay more than 3 nights, otherwise you have to request it. Well, no one informed me of that, so we came back to an unmade bed and wet towels. Also, the rooms and specially the bathrooms are extremely poorly lit. The bed was comfortable though, but I wouldn’t stay here again

Appartement très beau, bien localisé, silencieux et très bien équipé. Partout où on regarde à l’air très bonne qualité. La seule chose que je peux dire est que l’Internet n’est pas inclus..on doit payer pour avoir du Wifi. Je ne crois pas qu’en 2026, une pratique soit acceptable. Et ce n’était pas mentionné ainsi dans le listing.

The room was kind of dark at night even if the lights are on because the walls and furnitures are dark brown. I suggest, to change the old furnitures and walls be painted with lighter colors.

This was a very nice and enjoyable stay. The property was quiet and clean with incredible staff. The pool was a little on the dirty side and had chemical tablets in the pool and hot tub but overall was great. Would definitely stay here again.
