Convenience, privacy, and security. Enjoy the benefits of living right in town where you can stroll to the cinema, walk to the shops, enjoy eating out in the local cafes, restaurants, and a short walk to the port of Echuca. The kitchen, dining and living is a great combination of an open plan style to enjoy and not feel separated from guests. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas cooktop, fan forced oven, nespresso machine and has lovely views out to the front courtyard. There are two generous sized bedrooms with built-in robes, several split systems in the home keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room. The bathroom has a shower and a bath At the rear is another courtyard to entertain in and enjoy your private sanctuary. There is also a secure lock-up remote garage. Everything is on your doorstep, literally. From the front courtyard with the towering palms enter into your lovely cosy townhouse.
