This is a lovely hotel, expensive but you get what you pay for, we stayed for my daughters 18th birthday. The building is beautiful and the staff friendly enough.
My negative issue was that its is advertised with a pool and spa, and i understand that spas need to be booked, however the advertising didn't say ( or wasn't clear ) that you had to book a spot to swim and use the pool facilities.
Unfortunately we didn't get to use this due to it being full, they did have a wait list, as i assume this is a common issue. It should be much clearer that booking is needed for this facility.
Positive was i didn't realise breakfast was included in my booking so that was a nice surprise ( however again not clear what is included and not with the booking)
