It features main floor living with the primary bedroom (king-size bed) and bath on the same floor as the living, dining, and kitchen. On the lower floor you'll find a TV room, second bedroom with two twin beds a comfy window seat, and full bath. The separation from the main floor to the lower level is very accommodating for people who want a little privacy from other guests or just some quiet time to themselves. Nightly rates are based on two people. It's $20/night for each additional guest over two. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but was perfect for us as we unloaded the scooters and didn't have to adjust the parking at all during our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked and organized and everything was spotlessly clean. The three of us were so comfortable here. I especially appreciated having plenty of towel racks in the bathrooms, something that not all rentals offer. The view was spectacular, and we loved being able to enjoy it from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Such a treat! Tina’s communication was excellent, with helpful emails ahead of time, such as her instructions about the ferry (you must have a reservation!).
