"Bed was comfy but creaked a bit, even though we are both small in size. Pillows were a little too soft and thin. Appreciated the dim lighting and fun decor and games in the lobby area, though. Sheets were clean and there was easy access to fresh towels. Room lacks a fridge, which would have been nice. Staff were helpful and provided us with ice upon request. Sounds are to be expected due to construction on the main road. Soundproofing isn’t particularly good, and we could hear voices from the other rooms. Location is fantastic, and a stone’s throw away from great restaurants and bars along Old Market. We would stay here again, for the location alone!"

"My stay at New Victorian Suites were very comfortable. The room was clean (I give 4 outvof 5) and quite roomy, though i was surprised that they didn't have coffee and coffee maker in the room as their amenities. The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming. The fitness room didn't have a treadmill. Breakfast was clean and very basic and lacking (no eggs, or any meat). But biscuit with gravy was decent."
