"had a pleasant stay at Ada Mevan Otel. The room was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the Wi-Fi was really good, which was especially important for me. One thing I really liked was the breakfast service. You can message the staff or simply go downstairs and let them know when you’re ready for breakfast, and they will bring it directly to your room. The washing machine in my room had an issue because the door would not lock properly, so it could not function. However, the clerk was very helpful and offered to take my clothes and wash them for me using another washer. Overall, I had a good experience and appreciated the helpful staff and the convenient service."

"Malatya is an interesting city, the hotel was hard to find due to all of the reconstruction and a bit away from everything. Finding food in the evening was challenging Staff were lovely and so very helpful!"

"The room was relatively clean, but the overall experience did not meet Hilton standards. The staff at the front desk seemed indifferent and uninterested in answering questions, often gathering together and ignoring guests. The breakfast was very poor compared to other Hilton hotels I've stayed at, with limited options and low quality. I expected much more from this brand."
