The staff were perfect and the Eastbourne waterfront was everything we'd hoped for an authentic English coastal experience. Although was not an issue for us, be aware there are no elevators so if you book an upper floor then you're in for a good workout getting up and down the stairs daily -- especially getting heavy bags up and down. Checkin was smooth, the room was lovely and the location is unbeatable. It’s such a beautiful hotel and all the design touches are wonderful. We had a lovely sea view room with great views. Room was big and spacious and lovely designed. Staff were very friendly as well. The design is amazing from the lobby to the rooms, which are very comfortable. The amenities offered were as expected.
