"Wir möchten Rene für Seine hervorragende Kommunikation und seine Flexibilität danken. Es ging alles sehr einfach und respektvoll zwischen uns. Die Wohnung hat 3 geräumige Schlafzimmer und einen wunderschönen Aufenthaltsbereich mit einer halb offenen Küche. Die Erholung kam hier ganz von selbst und mit dem Garten konnten wir auch die ersten frühlingshaften Tage noch mal mehr genießen! Gerne wieder!!"

"We met the host on the first day and never saw her again. On the second to last day of our stay, we lost internet signal. That was the day that we needed it the most. I wanted to check-in to our flight for the following day and we had to run back and forth to the shopping mall to complete out transactions. We never saw our host again. I received an e-mail to let us know to leave the keys in the mail slot. The area we stayed in was also a bit sketchy. we were told that it was quiet at night...not...

"We stayed for a week. The Green flat was spacious but did not have a full kitchen. However it was comfortable, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The bedroom layout could have been changed to allow for bedside tables. Access and parking was good, as was the location; close to public transport. There is also a bakery/coffee shop in the same building. There was a problem on our last day when we were locked out of the flat for an hour. However, overall an enjoyable stay."

"Patrick's place in Graz Old Town had pretty much all you would need for a home-away-from-home stay; the grocery store was also just around the corner. This was a very quiet place despite of the road work on the street where the apartment is. The new double-glass windows are very efficient for blocking sound from outside and also the other inhabitants were very quiet. The code-key lock was great!"

"The building is old and a bit shabby but the apartment is bright and in good condition. The kitchen door to the balcony could use a curtain for privacy. Parking is a problem. From 0900 to 2000, the entire district turns into a "short-park zone," necessitating the purchase of parking tickets that must be displayed on the dashboard and allow a maximum of three hours parking. "Our stay was uncomfortable. The towels provided smelled like musty old water. The shower was also very small and the drain is clogged so you would be standing in ankle deep water in less than 5 minutes. The light was broken in the washroom, the cover on the futon couch is stained and the dishes were not clean/had food from previous guests. This place was not well taken care of. Angela was responsive and provided new towels however she came into the apartment while we we were not there to fix...

"Ein wirklich toller Ort um mal komplett abschalten zu können. Die Hütte ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet und das kleine Grundstück drum rum ist ideal gestaltet um sich entspannen zu können. "I recently stayed at this hotel in Graz, and I have to say, it was amazing! Everything about our stay was just perfect. The service was top-notch, and the hotel was super clean. The rooms were great too—you could find everything you needed right there. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Even after we checked out, they parked our car for us and let us leave our luggage there while we explored the city. That was so convenient! Honestly, our stay was so good that words can't really do it justice. If you're ever in Graz, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. You won't be disappointed!"
