It was tidy, clean and traditional cape cod cottage feel. Location is A+ and we got lots of exercise walking up the sand dune path to the beach across the street - not necessarily a bad thing when on vacation and indulging in all the wonderful cape cod food and ice cream! The back deck was relaxing for watching the wildlife in the marsh, and there is access to a walking path in the backyard, leading through the marsh to a channel for fishing or boat access to the ocean. The only con we had was the air conditioning units looked like they had not been cleaned in years and not installed properly. There were HUGE gaps between the AC’s and windows, allowing for the midgie’s to get in. Overall had an enjoyable time and will be looking forward to the next time. ##### Mahlana T.
