Photos do not do it justice

stay was great. Check-in couldn't have been easier. The apartment is gorgeous--the pictures, especially the one of the living room, are deceptive, so it was a very nice surprise. We left behind an electronic device and Jamie (our host) contacted me right away so we could make arrangements to get it back. Would highly recommend.

Nice business retreat

This is not an entire property stay, it is a downstairs apartment only. That was a surprise upon check-in. Other than that, the property was very clean and quiet. Thank you for having us stay.

Son’s graduation

The property has been recently updated and is clean and new throughout with all new appliances. All sleeping areas were very clean and tidy. The only small drawback is that the house is located on a very busy and noisy intersection which cannot be helped by the owner. The decorations were very nice as was a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the refrigerator. Would recommend😊

Perfect place

The pictures don’t quite do the place justice, the apartment is bigger than it looks and we had no issues with anything. I brought three of my friends along for a Halloween weekend, and the first thing we noticed was how much room there was to park behind the building. We brought two cars with us and had no troubles with parking. Another thing we noticed was the apartment was equipped with plenty of dishes, pans, extra trash bags, a first aid kit, plenty of water bottles, and even some windex. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, and the owner even left a note and a bottle of wine for us. There is an apartment upstairs, but there wasn’t any interruptions at all. The host left a light on for when we came in, and we had the ability to lock the doors and cover the windows for additional privacy. We had access to the thermostat which was appreciated. Both of the bedrooms have TVs, fairly large flatscreen TVs, but there is no TV in the living room so we all just ended up sitting on one of the beds all together which also wasn’t an issue. The TVs had Netflix signed in on. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was very nice, with the crown jewel definitely being the shower. We had a wonderful experience, we even walked to a local park and to the beach which is only a 30 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend booking this place, we had a lovely time.

Last Minute Trip

I traveled with my Father, sister and Nephew to CT from Phoenix for a funeral. With only one week notice I was able to find this affordable apartment in the exact location I wanted. This apartment is beautiful. The photos do not properly demonstrate how nice it really is. There was a front and back door entrance. The back door entrance made it easier for my mobility challenged father, aunt & uncle to make it up the stairs into the apartment. My family very much appreciated this extra feature. It is clean, creatively staged with comfortable and functional furniture. The beds and linens are very comfortable, the host was perfect. She was very proactive with communication and even offered things we were too busy to realize we needed such a clean towels and an umbrella. There is not a single negative thing I can say about our stay here. Because nothing is perfect if I had to give a suggestion, I’d say access to glass cleaner for the dining room table would have been helpful, but that’s probably just a me thing. I have to clean!
