The location is perfect for a pleasant walk into town for all the popular shops and restaurants. The home is kept in great shape and comfortably furnished and equipped, e.g. a deck with grill, beach chairs in the basement came in handy for a comfortable day at the nearby beach. In particular, the 2 spacious bedrooms with king beds were ideal for 2 couples.. The managers, Jeanne and Eric, were communicative, helpful and responsive. This is a lovely, well equipped property close to East Hampton. There is plenty of space for a group or family. Eric was a pleasure to deal with and replied promptly. Our only issue was that as the first guests of the season (memorial day weekend), it was obvious that the house had been locked up for a while and it was a bit dusty.
