The home will accommodate both a small group as well as a large family. There’s plenty of space to congregate in the center of the house and there are plenty of bedrooms for everyone to disappear at night. I’d love to have a house just like this one. Clean, comfortable, beautiful! They especially loved the basement with the theater room and with the glass doors it was soundproof so I didn’t hear the dance party in the basement. Close to shops in East Hampton and short drive to sag harbor and montauk. Lara responds ASAP to any questions. Would love to rent this home when warmer out to use the pool. Great house! ##### Dina H. The house was just perfect for 6 adults. Fabulous location for walking into town. The house has EVERYTHING you could ever want. Unfortunately, because it was winter, we could not use the pool, but we were able to use the beautiful outdoor patio space with the fireplace.
