The main bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the outdoor deck, shower, pool area with spectacular farm views. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom is clean and spacious, with a shower, deep tub and laundry area. The sliding doors from the kitchen/living area lead to stunning farm field views. Sunset over the pasture is always a treat. The outdoor area has a swimming pool, shower, deck for outdoor dining, barbecue grill, and plenty of seating areas. The pristine views and closeness to the village make this the perfect spot. You can be home in tranquility, swimming in the ocean or visiting the Village, all within 10 minutes. The house is .04miles from the windmill. The village of East Hampton offers many beautiful concessions such as shopping, movies, theatre, nature preserves, parks, dining, and historic sights. Some of the best, are within a 10-20 minute walk from this home. The parks around the area are spectacular. The space was nice and location was great for our long weekend. I do wish it stated in the listing prior to booking that it was a split level house and that we'd be staying ontop of someone who lives there. Awesome location! 3 minutes to Balsam Farms. 3 minutes to Main Street. Amazing host. Responded within minutes to every question. My son is on the spectrum and all he wanted to do was swim in the pool. My daughter made daily trips with us to Scoop Du Jour for cotton candy ice cream. My wife just wanted to watch trashy reality tv on Netflix. Everyone was sad for it to end. We would definitely go back. ##### ike a.
