The room was not clean. The room were not like the pictures. All the bedding was dirty and soiled. We asked for the room to be cleaned so that we could sleep in it and they just headed us sheets and had us do it are self. The was not breakfast in the morning cause all staff was sick and couldn’t get it open. The worst experience I have ever had up north

Older property but they’re working on doing some renovations it looked like. You can’t beat the location for proximity to Soo Locks and the restaurants and shops. The parking lot is really nice too. We’d stay here again.

This review applies to Room 125. The smoke detector was missing. There was mold in the shower. The entry door would not lock unless pressure was applied to the door. The parking lot needs to be repaved. I would not recommend this facility. Find somewhere else to stay.

Front desk staff needs better training, not very friendly or helpful. The rest of the staff were great and friendly. Casino was clean, but temperature was too hot. Need closer parking for hotel guests.

"The check-in staff was excellent. Also, our room was very clean. Our only complaint is the breakfast. The free breakfast was disappointing. I would suggest another meat other than ham. It was difficult to eat. Cheap plastic silverware was provided so you couldn't cut it into smaller pieces. We heard ..."
