Ear Falls Multiplex Tours and Activities

The staff are excellent and promptly address our concerns. The room I booked had a sofa pull out and queen bed. When we entered the room there was a damp, musty odor. Upon pulling out the sofa bed there was popcorn in the bed and the mattress was stained and there was no bedding to make up the sofa bed. The staff quickly addressed my concerns and upgraded me to a business suite for which I was very grateful.
