Wonderful property A glitch at check in but staff went above and beyond to compensate! I would definitely return. Breakfast delicious & restaurant staff wonderful.

Given the price point, this property was what you could expect. Although much was well worn, our room was clean, the bed comfortable and they obviously try and keep up with maintenance but a lot is patched. The location is good with many places to walk to for food & shopping. The only super negative comment is how disrespectful guest are with the grounds & not picking up their poop and the very little effort by management to keep the outer areas clean. If you come there with a dog, be careful as there is lots of poop & debris (including glass) in the dog area behind the motel. I wouldn’t recommend anything more than a quick overnight.

This is the 2nd time my family has chosen this hotel for our summer vacation. The pull-out couch comfortably slept two extra people. The kitchen was large and fully stocked. The room had two full-size bathrooms, which is a plus for families hustling to all get ready at the same time. However… I wish the hotel would have let us known prior to booking that there is a huge construction project on the property adjacent. As long as you are up and out by 7:00am, it will be no problem. It could be a little loud if you like to sleep in on vacation. If you choose to stay here, I recommend asking for a room on the west side (back side of hotel facing the fun park and Alpine Slide.) Our ice-maker was very loud throughout the night and would not open so that we could grab ice by hand. For us, the most disappointing part of the room was the water temperature and pressure. It took over 5 minutes to get the water hot in the bathrooms! We were never able to get warm water in the kitchen/sinks, thus making rinsing dishes very difficult. It seemed like a huge waste of water, in the already drought-stricken state, just to get the water warm enough for a shower. The water pressure was very low. I spent double the time in the shower just trying to get the soap out of my hair. While I did mention a lot of downsides, I’d like to point out that you don’t typically spend a lot of time in your hotel room and the hotel is really quite nice. It was certainly a great value for our family.

The Tivoli Lodge was very nice and I would stay here again. Great location, safe for a single female, clean, friendly staff, and well-appointed. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working, even though they knew they didn't let me know. I did call the front desk concerning this after my room reached over 80 degrees and they did bring a portable air conditioner to my room promptly. Very good place to stay.
