"I loved walking to the beach at sunset. And access to a larger beach for the day. Everyone friendly and a quiet nieghborhood. The stairs were quit interesting and you have to duck under a bush on top. But nice atomosphere and inside is nice as the pictures show."

"Very nice room with good accessibility for someone with limited mobility. The room description in Expedia was completely accurate, and we loved the accessibility features. The location is very close to good restaurants that also have good accessibility."

"Loved the place! Plenty of room. Hubby and I snuggled in the comfy robes most of the time! Only thing I’d recommend is WiFi for tvs so visitors can log on to their personal streaming apps. "

"The rental was near our relatives in a quiet community. Neighbors were friendly. The size was perfect for me and my brother while we were in for a funeral (Arlington National). All the comforts of home! I'll definitely look to stay here again."

"It's a good location, easy drive to the beach and pier, on a dead-end street in a quiet neighborhood. New interior finishes, so like-new condition. Approach is a little tricky... you have to walk down a small grassy embankment to get to the entry door (rear of the building), which wasn't obvious at first but owner answered our call and us direction. Not a destination-kind-of-stay but perfectly adequate for a place to shower and sleep. Has a small deck with a garden hose to wash the sand off. "

"We got the place for a two night stay for a wedding weekend. We had to forfeit one night because of terrible people living/staying upstairs. It sounded like the police were coming to break down the door for some sort of warrant service. From 6pm until well past 3AM it continued. "This location and property were amazing! There was an issue with the AC the first night and the hosts responded immediately. It ended up being the battery and they came out that night to change it as soon as we asked. They were incredibly attentive and kind. The master bed and bath were gorgeous and spacious. The other two rooms had slightly smaller than double beds. It wasn’t an issue for us but it may be a bit of a squeeze for two people. The kitchen had some supplies, not a lot. The couches...
