  • Get ready to relax in this secluded mountain 4-bedroom farmhouse in Eagar built by descendants of the founding family of the Town of Eagar who homesteaded this ranch in the 1860s. The mountain-top ranch house features four spacious bedrooms with room for 13, 3 full backrooms, a fireplace, basketball/pickleball court and plenty of space to roam. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed, three queen beds, three bunk beds, making it perfect for families or groups. With three bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests can enjoy convenience and comfort throughout their stay. The farmhouse offers a lovely atmosphere with unrivaled views of Water Canyon where everyone can unwind and Barbecue after a day of adventure. Hike the surrounding mountains or take advantage or outdoor activities in the nearby towns of Eagar, Springerville, Greer and Alpine. The picturesque setting and 150+ years of history in this ranch setting will give your family and friends a once in a lifetime experience.
