The Neighborhood: The Neo building is situated in the center of New Gudauri ski village, surrounded by welcoming yards and a lively environment. The gondola and ski slopes are just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy daytime skiing and the warm village atmosphere in the evenings. Getting Around: Getting around Gudauri is straightforward even without public transport. Local taxis are the easiest choice for short rides, and airport transfers can be arranged if needed. In New Gudauri, most places are within walking distance, including Gondola Square, ski rentals, groceries, and nearby spas. For a scenic trip, the Kobi–Gudauri lift offers stunning views toward Stepantsminda when weather permits. Other Things to Note: • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
