« The condo was great and in a location that made driving to downtown Durango very quick and easy. Parking was close to the unit, which was on a second story, accessible by stairs. The pool and hot tub were part of the community, not privately owned by the owner. They were clean; the hot tub was not jetted. »

« The property is at a great location, walking distance to the prime area of Durango downtown. It's right across the train station. The unit has all amenities, clean. It doesn't have any view, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. « The property was as described. It was very well stocked and in a good location. There was an issue with the WiFi, but the property manager quickly got it fixed. We were thankful for the window A/C units, as it was very warm during our stay in Durango. The bed in the primary bedroom is very high, but there is a step stool available if needed. The people upstairs seemed to have small children running often which caused overhead noise; not sure if they were guests or permanent residents. »
