Das Objekt war super von der Ausstattung, in der Küche alles da was man benötigt: von Küchenrolle, über Gewürze, bis hin zum Tee/Kaffee. Hätte mir nur mehr Steckdosen in den Zimmern gewünscht. Im Schlafzimmer war nur eine.Positiv:Man konnte bei Bedarf auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche wechseln, in einer Ferienwohnung gehört das nicht zum Standard. Top. Auch die Vermieterin immer sehr freundlich.Objekt liegt etwas Abseits, grenzt an ein Gewerbegebiet an. Genau gegenüber war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes eine hakle am Grundstück gegenüber im Bau. Dementsprechend lärm am morgen und durch das Gerüst keine freie Sicht auf den Berg.Das positive an der Lage, man war schnell an der Schnellstraße/Autobahn und wir konnten gut unsere Ausflugsziele erreichen. Alles in einem kann ich guten Gewissens empfehlen
Der tatsächliche Blick aus dem Balkon auf die Berge, vor dem Haus eine Baustelle mit dem dazugehörigen Lärm

Ideale Lage für Ausflüge

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Sie ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Kissen und Kuscheldecken laden zur Gemütlichkeit und Entspannung ein. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für die Schlafräume sind Reservekissen und Decken vorhanden, so dass jeder es sich so gestalten kann, wie er gerne Schlafen möchte. Sehr gut hat uns gefallen, dass man die Handtücher jederzeit gegen frische tauschen konnte, da bei uns heißes Wetter war und die Dusche viel genutzt wurde. Der Ort Kempten an sich liegt ideal für Ausflüge ins Allgäu in alle Richtungen, was wir gut und viel genutzt haben. Das Haus mit den Ferienwohnungen liegt am Rande eines Wohn-/Mischgebietes. Das hat uns, da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren, nicht sehr gestört. Wer allerdings bis mittags schlafen möchte, könnte bei einigen frühen Geräuschen empfindlich sein.

Perfekt ausgestattet!

Eine liebevoll dekorierte, fantastisch ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr nette Vermieterin, reibungslose Abläufe. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Lage im Mischgebiet, hat uns aber kein bisschen gestört. Tolle Ausflugsziele mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Tolle Vermieterin, alles super sauber, alles in der Wohnung was man braucht, toller Bettwäsche/Handtuch/Spühltuch Services. KleineS Manko Industrie in der Nähe ( uns hat es allerdings nicht gestört )

Schöne geräumige Wohnung

Sehr sauber, ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, viel Platz und super, dass Gebrauchsgegenstände wie Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschinentabs und Essig, Öl, Salz... ebenfalls bereits vorhanden sind!

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Die FeWo - wie der Name sagt - ist ein (Ällgau) Traum. Gemütlich und bestens eingerichtet bietet sie Platz für eine kleine Familie. Sehr gute Anbindung an Schnellstraße und BAB, für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung ideal.
