"Properly is far from everything, no places to eat, no places to shop. You need to book Grab to go to the city to grab a bite. Breakfast buffet is subpar to similar priced hotels, food is like warm, limited choices and everyday the same food."

Disappointed that things like the sky bar, aqua bar, and restaurant on 24 th floor weren’t open even thought they are advertised on the welcome page of the room tv. Didn't have time to see the pool, we really regretted not having chance to use it and also its spa service. We didn't have too much time although we thought it will a special service.
