Welcome to our charming studio apartment, a hidden gem that combines comfort and convenience with breathtaking views of both the sea and the city. This charming studio offers a delightful array of amenities to ensure a memorable and relaxing stay.  
  
Upon entering, you'll immediately be struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The studio features a comfortable double bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, and a fully equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. The dining and living area is thoughtfully designed, creating a seamless space for you to dine and relax.  
  
One of the standout features of this studio is its private terrace and a garden, where you can start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. This outdoor oasis provides the perfect vantage point to take in the stunning sea view and the vibrant cityscape.   
  
For added convenience, we provide a private parking place in the garage, eliminating any concerns about finding a spot for your vehicle or its safety.   
  
Montovjerna location provides easy access to the city center, allowing you to experience the historic charm of Dubrovnik's Old Town, along with its vibrant cultural scene and delectable local cuisine.  
  
Amenities include: AC , Wi-Fi, Cable TV, heating, washing machine, hairdryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board and a clothes drying rack.  
  
Hedera studio 1 sleeps 2 guests.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.   
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
