Apartment offers a comfortable and stylish living space, dining area and open plan kitchen. Apartments' design maximizes natural light and creates a sense of airiness, ideal for guests. Apartment also features a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a shower. Amenities include: AC(living room), SAT TV, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster; shower and hair dryer, balcony and a private parking spot on the top of the building. The apartment is located in the business district of Dubrovnik which is approximately a 20-30 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to the Old town with a bus stop located next to the apartment building. In a few minutes easy walk you can reach multiple restaurants, bars, supermarket as well as a grocery store and bakery, several banks, ATM machine and two department stores with a variety of shops. Apartment Hedera A12 sleeps 2 (\*+1) guests. \* Possibility to accommodate 1 additional guest on the sofa bed in the living room. Use of a sofa bed costs 20 € per person, per night.
