This stone Villa has been recently completely renovated and by combining traditional elements with modern facilities and décor, truly offers great spot to relax while visiting Dubrovnik. Being centrally located between 3 of the most important areas in Dubrovnik, Lapad, Gruz and Old town, the property represents a great choice for travelers and visitors looking for a relaxing place to stay while discovering the area. This lovely vacation home spreads on two floors which are connected via internal staircase. The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen with dining area and living room, a full bathroom with shower, and one ensuite bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm). The first floor offers 2 ensuite bedrooms with king size beds (180x200cm) and another bedroom also fitted with a king size bed (180x200cm). All bedrooms are overlooking at the garden and front terrace with the swimming pool. The property is fully fenced and surrounded by wooden or stone walls to provide privacy and tranquility. Backdoor terrace is equipped with an outdoor dining table, ideal spot for breakfast before going to the nearby beach or sightseeing. Front terrace and garden with lounge area provide a natural shade with bitter orange trees, typical for this area. The highlight of the property is definitely a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, representing a great spot to relax and refresh after a long day. In case you will be traveling by car, there is a nearby public garage 500 meters from the villa with the additional charge. Amenities include: AC (all rooms), 4 full bathrooms with floor heating (of which 3 are en-suite bathrooms), smoke detector, LED SAT TV (all rooms and living room), hi-fi, wireless Internet access, full kitchen with coffee maker, smoothie maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven, stove, fridge/freezer,), washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, two separate terraces - one with dining table and second with lounge set, pool with loungers, BBQ. The property is located at the curve of the Gruz Bay right at the beginning of Lapad peninsula. Lapad area is the new part of Dubrovnik. Recently renovated Lapad Sunset Beach and promenade with many lively cafes is about 15 minutes walking distance from the property. Gruz green and fish market is also about 15 minutes walking from the property and the nearest grocery store is just 1 minute walk from the Villa.Dubrovnik Old Town, main tourist spot with plenty of restaurants, cafes, main attractions and nightlife venues is about 30 minutes walking distance from the property or just 10 minutes by bus or Taxi. The bus stop is located less than 100 meters from the Villa. For those who like to stay active during their vacation, there is a small fitness park by the sea located just 50 meters from the house. Villa Hedera IV sleeps 8 guests. NOTE: The outdoor pool is not heated so it will be closed from November 1st until March 31st. \*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
