### Hedera Estate, House Hedera

House Hedera is a lovely property situated in Pobrezje on a hill above Mokosica and Rijeka dubrovacka. Surrounded by beautiful garden, it is ideal for guests who prefer to stay away from the busy center of Dubrovnik but still within only about 7 minute drive. This House is convenient for a family or friends who want to spend a peaceful holiday in a stylish house in the rural area.  
  
  
House Hedera is a modern semi-detached house on two levels that can accommodate up to 7 guests. It consists of 3 bedrooms, an open plan living room / dining room / kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, balcony, private swimming pool and parking.  
The ground floor contains 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, dining area and living room. New built infinity swimming pool and main terrace are right outside the spacious living room. The second terrace with built-in BBQ and patio table with 8 chairs is on the other side of the house.  
Heading upstairs to the first floor guests will find the third bedroom and bathroom with shower. The bedroom also leads onto a 30 m2 balcony with outside lounge and amazing views to the sea, Gruz harbour and Lapad peninsula.  
House Hedera has private parking place outside. Amenities include: Air-conditioning in all rooms, SAT-TV in all rooms, smoke detector, Netflix stream smart TV (living room), Wireless Internet, full kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave; washing machine, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, BBQ  
  
  
  
Situated about 4 km from Dubrovnik downtown and 8 km from Dubrovnik Old Town, Pobrezje is a calm neighborhood in a green and relaxing ambient. As shops, restaurants and beach are not within walking distance car is recommended to stay at this property. There are several rent-a-car companies located at Dubrovnik Airport and it is recommended to book a car in advance. Nearest supermarket and ATM are 2.5 km away.

\*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.  
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.  
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.

Thank you for an amazing stay, absolutely lovely villa and pool with stunning views! Cleanliness and facilities of the villa have been outstanding, will be booking again. #### Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach einem schönen Tag in Dubrovnik oder anderen Aktivitäten ein Glas Wein auf der Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur hat super gekappt. Fakt ist, wir kommen noch mal. :-)

#### Greatest view!

My family of five traveled here and our children range from 11 to 16 years old. The place is really nice. We only ever had one issue with water leaking and they fix that almost immediately. However, we did not know that there were neighbors connected to this place so you could hear when they would play music or children. So that was unexpected. But the biggest downfall is that the pool is beautiful but if it’s not warm out, then the water is freezing. I really do wish that the pool was heated so that you could enjoy it anytime. It was very close drive to the markets and beaches. Overall a great experience.
