Hedera A58 is a spacious and elegantly furnished 3-bedroom apartment, located on the 4th floor of a modern residential building with elevator access. Spanning 140 m², this apartment offers stunning sea views and overlooks the popular Sunset Beach, making it an ideal setting for a relaxed and comfortable Dubrovnik stay.  
  
The apartment features:  
  
A bright open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and island – includes a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.  
  
Dining area with a table for 8 guests, plus 2 additional bar stools at the kitchen island.  
  
Three comfortable bedrooms, all with king-size beds (two of which can be converted into twin beds, offering flexibility for families or groups).  
  
Two modern bathrooms – one is an ensuite with a bathtub, and the other includes a shower.  
  
Two balconies with breathtaking sea and Sunset Beach views – equipped with two sun loungers and a table for four, perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying Dubrovnik’s golden hour.  
  
Additional amenities include: full air-conditioning and heating system throughout the apartment, high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and secure garage parking.  
  
With its prime location in the Lapad area, you'll be just a short stroll away from beaches, restaurants, cafes, and a scenic seaside promenade. The nearby bus stop offers frequent connections to the historic Old Town (10–15 minutes by bus).
