Welcome to Hedera Studio 3, a sleek urban retreat in Dubrovnik. Situated on the 2nd floor of a modern building, this Studio Apartment offers comfort and convenience.  
  
Step into the inviting ambiance of this modern sanctuary, greeted by an entrance hall that leads you to the heart of the home.  
  
The studio apartment offers a cozy haven ideal for both comfort and functionality, where the living space effortlessly integrates with a compact dining area and a modern kitchenette, complete with a comfortable double which can be converted into two single beds if requsted( 2X90x200 cm )  
  
Convenience is at your doorstep with supermarkets, ATMs, charming cafes, and enticing restaurants mere minutes away on foot. Nearest beach is less than 15 minutes walking from the apartment.  
  
Amenities include: A/C, underfloor heating, sofa, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and well equipped kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle.
