This House is centuries old, but was recently completely refurbished and designed to receive tourists. It boasts the best location in the Old Town, the main square, with all the windows giving to the St. Blaise’s Church, the Belfry and Stradun, the main street. This position is convenient because it takes just a few paces to the beach, the best restaurants, bars and shops, all the historical and cultural attractions of Dubrovnik. The unique and rare situation of the House enables you to watch performances and concerts from its windows that regularly take place in the main square. At the same time, the facility has an excellent acoustic insulation because, in spite of its traditional solid stone construction, the interior of the house is state of the art. A further advantage of this unique location is that it is at sea level, meaning that the access to the House is without exterior stairs, which is otherwise typical of the great majority of houses in the historic core within the medieval walls.
