We absolutely loved this accomodation - close to the beach and the old town, the hosts were perfectly attentive and accomodating and the views from the balcony were spectacular. There was even a kitten who made herself available, just as we were missing our own. When I come back to Dubrovnik I will not hesitate to stay here again. It is in a great location about 15 to 20 min walk from the old town. There are lots of steps and a big hill but it was fine for us. Great views over the sea and old town from the balcony. Sadly these was spoilt by 2 huge cranes which worked all the time we were there. The building work started from 7am and didn't finish one evening till 10pm. It was a shame we found sitting on the balcony in the afternoon after we'd come back from a day out too noisy. The location on Kralja Petra Krešimira was exactly what we were looking for. The location was ideal. Just far enough from the Old Town to make sure no tourists make it up to you, but still a pretty 15 walk to the city walls. The views from the apartment balconies give you a wide open vista to the open Adriatic, with the Old Town very present to the right. The apartment was bigger than I expected, and had a usable kitchenette and washer. If we visit Dubrovnik again we’ll try to get this apartment again. It’s a 10-12 min walk into town downhill and 15ish coming back uphill, but you can always grab a taxi if you aren’t feeling up to it! Nearest supermarket is 5 mins away. We also booked the transfer using the website and was much cheaper than a normal taxi. Best view of Dubrovnik from the large balcony. Better than the pictures. Along with this, the apartment is spacious, clean and situated within a 10 minute walk to the old town. The hosts were incredibly kind throughout our stay. They allowed us to check out late as our baby was sick and always there if we needed anything.
