The staff at reception are wonderful - kind and helpful. We received the best recommendation for wine tasting and even helped to book for us a time slot. The room service was slow however and the cottages whilst charming are a little tired and could do with a refresh. Same goes for the towels and robes. The hilltop pool is the highlight and really made the stay memorable.
The Farm restaurant has a great ambience and kind staff.

Breakfast came out warm, had to ask for towels because we are three people, parking is a joke paying extra 45 dollars a night after booking the stay unbelievable. Bottle water is 5 dollars for 20oz never again Hilton. Coffee 17 dollars a black coffee no cream just coffee.
