The staff were very attentive and they were willing to go above and beyond to making sure a pleasant stay for us. We simply couldn’t ask for more! Big kudos to the team! The location of the hotel is very good as it is only 5 mins uber ride from the Dubai Mall. The service apartment shares the same complex as the Ritz Carlton hotel so we were also allowed to use the gym facilitates at the hotel side which is also a big plus point. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back if we ever visit Dubai again.
