My room was a bit dirty when I arrived, there was chipped paint in the shower and dust on the floors, suggesting the room may not have been used for awhile. The locks on the sliding doors to the balcony also did not work. I also had to run the tap and shower for a few seconds for the water to turn clear. Housekeeping did eventually clean my room but I wish they could have left more clean towels instead of just one. What I did like was the staff were friendly and helpful. For the first week or so, breakfast was delivered to my room as the dining hall downstairs was closed for covid protocols. The staff provided a good variety of different food and a big serving which I enjoyed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend staying at the Time Express Al Khan.
