Conveniently located in Dubai’s Al Rigga neighborhood, this property features reasonably-priced accommodations a fitness center and free parking. . Al Rigga Metro Station is a 5-minute walk from the property.

The ferry crossing the Dubai Creek to Bur Dubai departs from a location half a kilometer from the property and Al Ghurair City Mall is just a 5-minute drive away.
