Besides that, there is a variety of restaurants and cafes right across the street and Ain Dubai, which offers breathtaking views. The grocery store is within walking distance. We're excited to welcome you to our home! This property is a registered holiday home apartment. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and us, we kindly ask you to read and follow the below guidelines. \- Standard Check-In time is 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM and Check-Out is 11:00 AM. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and additional cost. \- Primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and pay a refundable deposit after booking (Before check-in).
