Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in. The deposit amount is determined based on the duration of the stay, as follows: 2 to 7 nights: AED 300 8 to 28 nights: AED 750 Over 28 nights: AED 1,250 The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the unit.
