Welcome to my charming 1-bedroom apartment in JVC, ideally situated just a 6-minute drive from FIVE JVC. Experience the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience with complimentary access to an array of amenities. Whether you're relaxing in the swimming pool, enjoying a workout in the gym, or walking in the many parks nearby there's something here for everyone.  
  
This apartment offers contemporary amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and a king-size bed, with an optional queen size sofa bed that can be made up with prior agreement. Ideal for couples, solo travellers, or friends looking for a stylish retreat in a prime location.  
  
The apartment offers a spacious open-plan dining and sitting area with a TV, ideal for unwinding after a day at Circle Mall, just a 7-minute drive away. Step out onto the balcony to savour your morning coffee while taking in the calm greenery of JVC. This 1-bedroom apartment offers a bright and airy atmosphere with a floor-to-ceiling window in the living area, allowing natural light to fill the space.  
  
You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries like shampoo and soap, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. Additionally, complimentary tea and coffee will be provided to get you started, and you will find a West Zone Supermarket just a 6-minute drive.

⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.  
  
⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.  
  
⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
