Its strategic location provides easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Mall, and Burj Khalifa. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals at home. It includes a queen-size bed and a sofa bed that can be set up at prior notice. The space suitable for couples, solo travellers, or friends. Whether you're in Dubai for work or leisure, this apartment offers a relaxing and well-connected retreat in one of the city's most prestigious neighbourhoods.

This apartment offers a bright and airy atmosphere with a floor-to-ceiling window in the living area, allowing natural light to fill the space.

⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.  
  
⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
