    You are perfectly set up for all the excitement! The JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall, and Marina Walk are just steps away, giving you immediate access to fantastic dining, shopping, and entertainment. Getting around is effortless with the tram and taxis right outside the building. This prime location offers easy access to destinations like Bluewaters Island, Dubai Harbour, and Palm Jumeirah, and you can easily connect to Sheikh Zayed Road to explore the rest of the city.



    Inside, the open living area is a welcoming retreat for families and couples. With so many activities for families and friends right on your doorstep, getting around on foot is incredibly convenient. The modern interior is complete with a kitchen, including a stovetop, microwave and refrigerator. We’ve also included a washer, hanging rack, along with high-speed internet.



    As our guests, you also have access to the building's swimming pool and gym. The modern 2.5 bathrooms mean more than one shower for relaxing cleans after a day at the beach. For your total peace of mind, there is a friendly doorman and 24 Hour Security to ensure your visit is seamless and worry-free.



    Guest Access:

    The apartment has a private entrance, located within the building. Ahead of your arrival and to ensure everything goes smoothly, we will send you detailed instructions for where to go for check-in, the apartment and floor number, and the code to the keyless lock to access the apartment. After check-in at the lobby, you will use the numeric code we provide to enter the apartment.



    We'll send you all of the specific check-in instructions before your arrival and we will be available to you for all messages to make sure you have a quick check-in.



    Your Private Space:

    The entire apartment is yours to enjoy, including the private balcony. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, and you'll also have access to a washer for your convenience.

    During your stay, feel free to make use of the fantastic shared amenities in the building, including the swimming pool and gym.

    Walking and Scooters : The area is designed to be pedestrian-friendly. You are a short walk away from everything and we recommend this option. Grabbing a pay-as-you-go scooter is also a popular choice with our guests.



    Dubai Tram: There is a tram station right in front of the building and conveniently located along the route with Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 and 2 Tram Stations being the closest. The tram is an excellent way to travel within the Dubai Marina and JBR area, connecting to places like Dubai Media City and the Palm Jumeirah monorail.



    Dubai Metro: Across the water and a short enjoyable walk away is the Dubai Metro Line at connection to all the stations from up and down Sheik Zayed Road. The metro is a fast and efficient way to travel to many of the major parts of Dubai, including the Dubai International Airport, Burj Khalifa, and the Mall of the Emirates.



    Buses and Taxis: A number of bus routes service the area, and taxis are readily available. Ride-hailing apps like Careem and Uber are also widely used.



    Driving: Having a rental car gives you the ultimate freedom and flexibility to explore Dubai and the wider Emirates at your own pace. It's the ideal way to take day trips to places like Abu Dhabi or the beautiful desert beyond the city, allowing you to discover destinations not easily accessible by public transport.



    Other Things to Note:

    No Pets, Smoking or Vaping

    The apartment is strictly a non-smoking and non-vaping space. Our apartment is also not available to guests traveling with pets.



    Jacuzzi Preparation Fee

    A mandatory preparation fee of 400 AED applies if you wish to use the private jacuzzi during your stay. This fee covers the professional cleaning, sanitizing, and heating required to prepare the jacuzzi just before your check-in.



    Pre-Payment: To ensure the jacuzzi is ready upon your arrival, please notify us at the time of booking so we can include the fee in your reservation.



    Payment on Arrival: Alternatively, you can choose to add the 400 AED preparation fee to your reservation after arrival. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you plan to use this option so we can schedule the service. Please note guests are not permitted to fill with water, maintain or tamper with the jacuzzi.



    Fee for Not Returning Gym and Pool Access Cards

    We also ask that you please return all access cards in good condition at checkout. We have a card replacement fee of AED 550 per card if you do not return the card to us, damage it, or lose it. We have this policy because we are charged a replacement fee by the building security.



    Fee for Not Returning Parking Access Cards

    If you are using our free underground parking space, there is a parking card we need to have returned. A replacement fee of 1000 AED per card applies if you do not return it to us, damage it, or lose it. This is because we are charged replacement fees by the building security.



    3rd Party Booking Is Not Allowed

    Guest are not allowed to use their profile to book on behalf of a third-party: To maintain a secure environment, the primary guest on the reservation must be staying in the apartment. All guests will be required to complete ID verification via our onboarding app, as we cannot accommodate bookings made by third parties.
